Our service standards are as follows:
All our products come with minimum 1 year free service and 1 year
guarantee – parts, labour and everything in between, including
installation and training.
All trouble tickets that are opened before 2pm (except Sunday) will be
dealt with the same day.
If the repair cannot be done immediately, we will provide you with free
replacement equipment for length of the repair.

History
UBM was established in 1978 as a 2 person electronic repair shop. Then in the
early 1980's, we started doing Sales on a small level, such as calculators.
After that we played around with several other products, such as Typewriters,
Cash Machines, POS Terminals, Photocopiers, Printers, etc. In fact, though it's
hard to collaborate, we were the first company to sell a personal computer in
Pakistan.
During the late 1980's, we decide to focus on telecommunication and security,
and since 1988, we are one of the largest suppliers of Panasonic Telephone
Exchanges, Fax Machines and Telephone sets in Pakistan.
In the area of Security, we have worked with several manufacturers on selling
their CCTV equipment in Pakistan. More recently we have launched DVR and Remote
surveillance products and already have a portfolio of over 200 installations.
Most recently, we have launched 3 new divisions – Personal Computing, Call
Centre, and Infrastructure Services. We have also launched Asterisk IP PBX in
our telecommunication division with International partnership.
